If scene areas are not specified prior to photography and the agent (or designee) is not present, area selections will be made at the discretion of the photographer. Except in cases of extreme negligence, Virtual Tour Productions is not responsible for the photographer’s selection.

The property will be photographed as-is and must be clean and presentable at the appointed time. The photographer will not move or clean items on the property but will adjust for lighting conditions where available. Please review the FAQ section for tips on preparing the property. Photography is typically performed between sunrise and sunset.

Once the virtual tour is completed, it will be hosted on the Virtual Tour Productions website and a link (URL) will be delivered to the client via email. The client may freely use links to the virtual tour on personal website(s), company website(s), MLS sites, and other appropriate sites as necessary. Billing will be processed when the virtual tour is completed, prior to delivery of the link.

Only defective items may be returned for refund within 30 days.

Virtual Tour Productions uses professional techniques, equipment, and photo editing tools to optimize the photographic quality of each virtual tour scene, however, uncontrollable environmental conditions (i.e. poorly lit rooms, extremely bright windows, etc.) may be evident in the final product.

The Tour on File (listed at top) can be copied and distributed for unlimited marketing purposes. The client may copy the virtual tour onto diskette, CD, DVD, or any other storage medium and give the material to their prospects as desired.

Additional scene and still photos must be requested prior to or at the time of the photo shoot.

Travel expenses will be charged for projects outside of San Diego County. The amount shall be determined based on specific circumstance and must be agreed upon by the client and photographer prior to the appointment. Once travel expenses are incurred by Virtual Tour Productions the client will be charged for all expenses if the tour is cancelled, including a $30 cancellation fee.

All images are the sole property Virtual Tour Productions. Virtual Tour Productions reserves all rights to these images, media, and content. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all images are available to the client until the tour expires (12 months), listing expires, or property is sold, whichever occurs first.

Cancellation Policy

With exception of the Economy Package (one exterior scene only), the agent or designee must be present at the provided address at the scheduled time unless other arrangements are confirmed with Virtual Tour Productions.

Photography may be rescheduled if notice is provided and confirmed with Virtual Tour Productions more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If at least 24-hours of notice is not provided and confirmed, or if the contact does not show within 15 minutes of the appointed time, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.

Tours may not be cancelled once the photography is complete, the client will be charged the full tour price.

All appointments are valid regardless of weather unless otherwise confirmed with Virtual Tour Productions.

Virtual Tour Productions reserves the right to cancel outdoor photography scenes in conditions of harsh weather that would potentially damage equipment such as rain, strong winds, etc.

Java must be installed and enabled to view these virtual tours. Visit www.java.com to download or update your version for optimal viewing. Virtual Tour Production's virtual tours are best viewed using Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or later and Firefox 1.5 or later. Custom tours developed for our clients will also be tested for compatibility with and are best viewed using the aforementioned browsers.

Virtual Tour Productions requires contact information for each requested posting (i.e. website, username, password or contact email address).

In many cases, the agent is responsible to have listings posted before the virtual tours can be added. The agent is responsible to supply the correct MLS# and complete address.

Where acceptable, Virtual Tour Productions will enter the virtual tour URL in the description of the home when the requested posting site lacks a field for entering this information.

Virtual Tour Productions will only post virtual tour scenes to other sites and are not responsible for posting still photos. Still photos can be supplied to the agent/client by email upon request. Realtor.com does not support posting still photos with virtual tours and posts to realtor.com should be available within 24 hours of tour delivery and posting to the Virtual Tour Productions website.

VIRTUAL TOUR PRODUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
